Party-room cleanup — $75

A $75 cleaning fee will be charged to the booking customer when their group leaves a party room requiring excessive cleanup beyond normal party use. Examples include food smeared on surfaces, trash scattered throughout the room, excessive confetti or glitter, and large spills left unreported.

Normal party cleanup is included. Ordinary crumbs and routine party trash do not trigger the fee. Use the trash bins and tell staff promptly about spills or accidents.

Respect our team

Have a concern? Ask for a manager and discuss it politely. We welcome respectful questions and complaints.

Name-calling, insults, or profanity directed at staff will result in removal from the property without a refund.

Verbal or physical attacks on employees will result in a ban without a refund. Threats, harassment, discriminatory slurs, intimidation, spitting, throwing objects, and physical aggression are unacceptable. Police may be contacted.

Play safely. Follow directions.

Follow posted attraction rules, safety requirements, and staff instructions. Do not misuse equipment, roughhouse, enter restricted areas, or interfere with another guest's safe participation. Report injuries, unsafe conditions, or damaged equipment immediately.

Supervise children. Respect other guests.

Parents and responsible adults must supervise the children in their care and help them follow the rules. Bullying, harassment, fighting, and threatening other guests are not permitted.

Take care of the space.

Treat party rooms, furniture, decorations, games, and equipment with care. No vandalism, deliberate damage, or destructive behavior. Keep walkways and emergency exits clear.

Keep it family-friendly.

No smoking, vaping, weapons, or illegal substances. Alcohol is limited to guests 21 or older with valid ID and must stay in permitted areas. Guests who cannot participate safely because of impairment may be denied activities or removed.

When staff direct you to stop an activity or leave, comply promptly. Unsafe or disruptive conduct may result in removal without a refund. Refusal to leave, threats, violence, or suspected criminal activity may involve police. Refund restrictions apply except where otherwise required by law.
