New Safety Guidelines
Safety and fun are our top priorities at The Web. While our doors were closed, we worked hard to ensure the safest possible experience for our guests when we finally reopened. We are so excited to finally reopen our doors to all of you! We are closely following state and CDC guidelines for business safety protocols to protect our guests and allow them to make great memories and HAVE FUN at our facility. We look forward to seeing you again!
Increased Sanitization
All games, attractions and high touch surfaces will be sanitized every hour. We will have dedicated staff specifically for disinfecting surfaces.
Social Distancing Markers
Social distancing markers are marked clearly throughout The WEB to ensure a safe distance between guests and staff. Some games/attractions will be shut down to ensure distancing.
Increased Hand Sanitizers
We have increased the amount of hand sanitizing stations throughout The WEB for both our customers and staff.
Temperature Checks for Staff
All staff at The WEB will be temperature checked and given a health assessment when arriving for their shift.
Masks Required for Staff and Customers
All staff and guests at The WEB are required to wear masks. Kids under 10 years old are not required.
